If you had the chance of a “do-over” in life, what would you do differently and why?
None come to mind honestly. I think every good thing I’ve done and every mistake I’ve made have led me to be the person I am right now, and I think I’m a good person.
I do wish I was more confident when I was younger. Until a few years ago people that I thought were friends put me down a lot and I didn’t stop them because I wanted to have friends.
What are you most proud of? (Can be a personal achievement or a person, etc. anything you want.)
My makeup skills. I have made so many improvements and learned so much in the last few years. I have constantly challenged and pushed myself to get to a better place and I feel like I’m really going somewhere with it. My proudest look I’ve done so far is this
My proudest look I’ve done so far is this Twiggy-inspired eye look, which is the header for my blog.
I entered it into a contest and it didn’t place but I just really love the way it turned out and feel like it expresses my point of view/aesthetic.
I’ve also been doing a lot of face painting for some Halloween tutorials – which will be coming soon! I’ve never done face painting until recently but the looks I’ve been doing have all turned out great and I’m starting to get the hang of it and be more creative with it.
If you could only keep five possessions, what would they be?
My makeup collection, my computer, my cellphone, a stuffed animal my grandma gave me, my grandpa’s wedding ring that I always wear.
Is there a moment in life that defined who you are today? If so, what?
I don’t think there is one moment that defined me but I was homeschooled after 5th grade and I think that has a lot to do with who I am.
If you won the lottery what would you do?
It would depend on the amount but buy my mom a house, buy my sister a house, buy them and myself cars, donate to local shelters, pay for my tuition, pay off family bills and save the rest for the future/career/etc.
What are you most afraid of?
Not being able to do what I love, being stuck in a relationship, losing someone I’m close to
What does a perfect day look like to you?
Doing my makeup and wearing an outfit that I love, doing someone else’s makeup, writing/doing some school work, going to Sephora, seeing a good movie, meeting someone for dinner.
I just like keeping busy 🙂
What is your pet peeve?
What is the most expensive thing you’ve broken?
I’ve broken an old phone screen twice
What is the craziest conversation you have ever overheard?
I haven’t heard anything that crazy, I always miss out on the good ones haha. I have heard people talking about me, which is pretty weird.
I actually nominate all of you! I had a lot of fun doing this and if you enjoyed reading this, I hope you will do this! If you do, be sure to let me know, I’d love to read it 🙂
