Tutorial: Full Glam, Rich Smokey Eye with Peakablue

Hi, guys!Welcome to today’s tutorial. The other day I sat down to do my makeup and this look happened. I have to say, I really love it! My main goal from doing my makeup was to play with Morphe’s 35O2 palette and I was not disappointed with it, that’s for sure. The colors I used blended so well and were really great to work with. I also wanted to play with BH Cosmetics’ Zodiac Palette again and I ended up using a beautiful blue. This look is very tropical and would be great for any night out or a festival. Without further ado, here’s the tutorial on this look!

Step one: Prime your eyelids with an eyeshadow primer or concealer.

Step two: Apply a matte, tan transition shade to the crease. Blend upwards, just below the brow bone or as high as you want.

Step three: Apply a matte, dark brown eyeshadow to the crease/outer lid. Blend, blend, blend.

Step four: Using your finger, apply a metallic blue eyeshadow. Apply it on the inner half of the lid, apply it slightly above the crease. This will make your eyes look more open. I also very lightly applied a light lavender glitter where the blue and dark brown met, this helped to blend/ soften the transition.

Step five: Apply a dark brown eyeliner on the lower waterline and the outer half of the upper waterline.

Step six: Apply the same dark brown the outer half of the lower lash line.

Step seven: Apply a gold-tone highlighter/eyeshadow to the brow bone, inner corner, and inner third of the lower lash line.

Step eight: Before applying concealer/foundation/etc, blend up the outer edge with a q-tip or makeup line. This will create a sharp line, at the same time, it won’t be harsh.

Step nine: Finish with mascara, brows and the rest of your makeup.
